Our Advisor de facto, Mr. Vel, is the face and visionary of Proultima Engineering Solutions. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of Rebar Detailing. His vast experience has led him to undertake and successfully execute projects located in the US, UK, and Canada. His other experiences include a 4-year Onsite campaign in The US, serving for the Fabricators from New York, Pennsylvania, California, Oregon, Washington State, Virginia, and Florida region.
Our founder created the company’s vision keeping in mind all the struggles he faced during his journey to the summit. He tirelessly worked to create a phenomenon with the right blend of experience and talent, which is now Proultima.
Mr. Nate (Sokkanathan), a civil engineering graduate, hailing from the heritagetown, is the first employee of the foundation. Being apart of Pro Ultima for more than a decade, he has shown excellent progress and worked his way through the hierarchy. He is currently heading the Madurai Division as a Branch Manager. Since joining Pro Ultima, Nate has been involved with many signature projects. He is responsible for project development at Pro Ultima, ensuring that the company has the best strategy and plan to set every project up for success.
Mr. Harikrishna is one of the finest additions to the organization. With more than 18 years of experience in this field, he has abundant knowledge in the steel, rebar, oil, and gas Industry. At present, he is leading the entire Salem Division as the Branch Manager.
Mr. Harikrishna has been turning clients’ construction projects into reality ever since his arrival at Pro Ultima. He strives on creating a lasting relationship with the clients through open communication, trust, and unrivaled craftsmanship. His ability to collaborate with other professionals ensures a project is built to the highest standards and promptly.
Mr. Palani, one of our beloved leaders and most appreciated manager who guides the Head Office in Chennai. He has completed his bachelors in Civil engineering and has more than 16 years of experience in Rebar detailing. Mr. Palani has provided leadership on some of the city’s toughest projects. He works with project teams Nationwide to enhance and optimize resource planning, team engagement strategies, staffing, and professional development initiatives. He always ensures to give the best service to Fabricators, Contractors, Engineers, Architects, and Placers by deploying best practices on our projects.
